Cuban universal free health system: nobody died by flu but no vaccines.

The Cuban doctors control the pandemic of swine flu, above international benchmarks, without vaccines or medicines imported.
The smart strategy of the Cuban Health System and the Cuban School of Medicine very acredited in the academic world internationally, despite no using vaccines for flu has not any rate of people dyeng by this disease very controlled in the island as usual with other disease that normally we can see alongside others Latin American countries.
The Cuban doctors are usually faster, accurate and deeper than the average American physicians as we can observed living in America and treated as patients in both countries.

Cuban philosofy about control of pandemics is a smart way of Public Health for poor countries because is probed in the medical practice.
Control strategies of public health pandemics in Cuba are adapted to extreme conditions of a poor Caribbean country under conditions of tight U.S. embargo for medical and hospital supplies to the island. The first step is the epidemiological control of all customs offices where each traveler is observed by a large medical staff that is in constant communication with each other and separates those who show symptoms of disease to be monitored before entering the country. The second step is in charge of primary physicians, nurses and teachers in the neighborhoods, schools and workplaces that are attentive to treat and isolate any case detected in a community. It must be said that in the free universal health care system Cuba if the person is not going to the doctor is visited by the primary physician and nurses at home, so that without exception, every person, every family is under the care of a physician primary. Schools and workplaces have doctors and nurses who monitor the health of workers and students, so this also provided for families living in remote places far from the health system, such as farmers and fishermen living in Keys and remote locations, they have a teacher, a doctor and a nurse for that single family. Philosophy of prevention of flu in Cuba dating from the time they are ordered the slaughter of all pigs in Cuba years ago, it caused the disease to mutate into humans, was a mistaken strategy. After the Cuban doctors have determined that the constant mutation of the virus prevented from developing a safe vaccine against it because the virus mutates faster than the time a vaccine is developed. Policies for prevention of pandemics of Public Health of Cuba should be studied by the poor and developing countries because they are demonstrably the most intelligent and economical response to the pandemic of swine influenza virus. Numerous media have criticized the Cuban public health policy because many journalists do not handle the subject of medicine and in other cases by interest from private companies that profit from selling vaccines medicine as a solution to the world of pandemic, but that solution does not exist yet, but that applies to Cuba with a remarkable success that ignores the expenditure of billions of dollars in vaccines do not prevent or control the epidemic in a country with the same efficiency we're seeing in the island.
By the testimony of cuban phisicians travelling to United States: Cuba is sending its most experienced physicians with academic credit to Venezuela, where there are still many missions without adequate resources to patient care, more comprehensive.
It is no a surprise for a health system that copy many things, mainly, from England, and some from Canadian Free Health System.
Actually, there are only 435 infected from a population of ll million, a very low rate compared to Mexico and United States with the same disease without using any kind of vaccine.
If we take into consideration the pitiful state of hospitals in Cuba and the lack of resources of all kinds due to U.S. embargo can value the high degree of organization and preparation of physicians, nurses and pharmacists in Cuba to face the challenge of maintaining healthy the population of the island.
They work in very extreme conditions, to the maximum knowledge of traditional medicine physicians and approved by the health system.
