Cuba is not a utopia, but that its health care and educational systems make their services available for free to anyone.

BRATTLEBORO, Vt. (AP) - A group of Brattleboro-area health professionals is just back from a tour of Cuba, full of new learning about the island nation's health care system and hopes for thawed relations between Cuba and the United States.
Judy Greenburg, a Guilford resident who has a psychology practice in Brattleboro, says the delegation sponsored by the group Witness for Peace had open access to health clinics, hospitals and other facilities where health care is delivered in Cuba.
Greenburg tells the Brattleboro Reformer the group found that Cuba is not a utopia, but that its health care and educational systems make their services available for free to anyone, including some U.S. medical students.http://www.fox44.net/Global/story.asp?S=10137575
